Terms and Conditions

Research use only. Products offered by SiAna Peptides are intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not medicines, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products, and they are not for human or animal use.

1. Who we are

These terms govern the website sianapeptides.ro and any purchase made through it (“SiAna Peptides”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contact@sianapeptides.ro or WhatsApp.

These terms are a standard set of website and sale conditions. They are not personal legal advice. If you need advice for your own situation, consult a qualified lawyer in your country.

2. Acceptance

By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our research-use restrictions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy products.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be buying as a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or other person who will use the materials only for lawful research.
• You confirm that you may legally import, possess, and use the ordered materials in your country.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

4. Research-use restriction (important)

• All products are sold for laboratory research use only.
• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• They are not for human consumption, injection, clinical use, compounding for patients, veterinary use, household use, or cosmetic use.
• No statement on this site is a medical, pharmaceutical, or dosing instruction.
• You are responsible for handling, storage, labelling, and disposal under applicable laboratory and waste rules.

5. Products, descriptions, and prices

We describe products in good faith (name, amount per vial, kit size, price in euro). Specifications, stock, and images may change. Apparent errors (including obvious pricing mistakes) may be corrected and the order cancelled or reconfirmed with you.

Prices are shown in EUR. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, prices do not automatically include destination import duty, local tax, or brokerage. Any such charges are payable by you.

6. Orders and contract

Adding items to the cart is not a contract. A contract is formed when we accept the order (usually by dispatch confirmation or a paid-order email). We may decline an order, including where stock, payment, shipping, or eligibility is a problem.

Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen method.

7. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes when the carrier collects the parcel, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. You must provide a complete, deliverable address and any documents needed for customs.

If customs seize, return, or destroy a shipment because of local rules, that is outside our control. We are not obliged to reship or refund in that case unless the law requires it.

8. Inspection and quality

Inspect packaging on arrival and tell us promptly about broken vials, short shipment, or an obvious defect, with photos where possible. Research materials are perishable laboratory goods. We do not warrant a particular experimental result.

9. Returns and cancellation

Because products are laboratory chemicals supplied for research, opened or temperature-sensitive vials generally cannot be resold. If you buy as a consumer and a mandatory cooling-off right applies in your country, that right may still be limited once goods are unsealed or cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Contact us before returning anything.

Unauthorised returns may be refused. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method.

10. Accounts

Keep login details confidential. You are responsible for orders placed from your account unless you have told us it was compromised. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

11. Site use

You may not misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, introducing malware, attempting to access other customers’ data, or interfering with checkout). Content on the site (text, layout, product images we supply) is protected. You may not copy the catalogue for a competing store.

12. Liability

The site and products are provided for research supply. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for experimental failure, lost profit, indirect or consequential loss, or misuse of products, including any human or animal administration contrary to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Where liability can be limited, our total liability for a claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify SiAna Peptides against claims, penalties, and costs arising from your unlawful use of products, your breach of these terms, or your import or handling of the goods, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

14. Privacy

We process order and account data to fulfil purchases and run the site. For privacy questions use contact@sianapeptides.ro or WhatsApp. A separate privacy notice should be read together with these terms when published.

15. Age and restricted access

The shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version for later visits and orders. Existing accepted orders stay on the terms in force when that order was accepted, unless the law requires otherwise.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence if you are a consumer.

Courts of Romania have jurisdiction, again without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to sue or be sued in your country of residence as a consumer.
